Overall a great stay in late September-early October 2019. Fairly clean hotel, obliging staff & great location to the tourist locations. Adequate and fairly quiet room with extra towels, hand soap, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Really good service and personal attention. The staff were very good too make me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. They even surprised me with a special birthday breakfast, a nice experience. The food at the riad was delicious, especially the Tagine poulet au citron. The rooms were clean and the riad itself had a charming and authentic Moroccan ambiance. Despite a few minor hiccups like a lack of hot water on the first day and noise from birds, my overall experience at Riad Chamali was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choice from.
There were a few sketchy streets around the hotel at night which made us feel a little uneasy. the route to the hotel was slightly difficult to locate, and we were a bit unsure about the safety in the area.

The epitome of Moroccan hospitality. Moutaa's warm welcome, really good service, and personal touch made our stay lovely. The traditional yet modern design, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast added to the charm. Just a short walk from the city center, it perfectly captured the essence of Marrakesh.

A delightful escape with a warm and attentive team!
I had such a wonderful time at this charming riad. The setting was absolutely stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to truly unwind. The highlight of my stay was the incredible dinner, which was hands down the best meal I had during my entire trip. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations and assist us in navigating the area. They even personally escorted us to the main square and to our spa appointment, which they had thoughtfully arranged for us. I must mention Mouta, the riad director, who was an absolute gem. When we were having trouble with our phones, he kindly provided us with a cell phone in case we needed assistance or got lost. I can't express enough how truly amazing our experience was at this riad! I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
